Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Peribio purchase, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase to receive credit for your purchase. You may contact us by email at accounts@endorskincare.com. Include the order number and explain the product issue with any request. Only unused items purchased on endorskincare.com with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for credit or return. We do not accept returns or provide credit for items purchased directly from providers. Please see them for their return policy, which may differ from ours.

Please print a copy of the order by going to https://peribio.com/my-account/orders/ and selecting the order you are returning. Include the copy of the order with your shipment and repack the unused portion in its original packaging and enclose the printed order. Packages should be returned using an insured method since we cannot be responsible for delivery. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
